From new managers to CEOs and c-suite executives, I’ve guided them in constructing high-functioning teams and engaging their workforce. I derive pleasure from aiding individuals in achieving clarity and equilibrium in both their personal and professional lives by comprehending their purpose.
Resilience for me
Life presents various challenges that have taught me resilience, humility, authenticity, and integrity. My understanding of resilience includes managing emotions effectively and viewing tough times as temporary.
Qualifications
With over 30 years of international experience in human resources and general management, I’ve held positions as a Chief HR Officer, CEO, and entrepreneur, experiencing both failures and successes. I’ve worked across the globe, in areas including the US, UK, Europe, and Asia, with industry experience in financial services, technology, manufacturing, information services, and FMCG sectors. I’ve served as a Board Director, Trustee, and Advisory Board member for various organizations. I studied business & finance, hold a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Kellogg Northwestern University, and received the Business Leadership Award from the United Nations Global Compact.
