Resilience to me
Resilience, for me, is waking up with gratitude, joy, and hope, and pursuing goals despite challenges. Living in the Philippines, the US, and Singapore, I thrived due to my resilience, self-belief, and faith. It’s about maintaining perspective, emotional intelligence, controlling rumination, empathizing without attachment, and being self-aware, disciplined, and assertive.
My Qualifications
With over two decades of experience, I’ve provided leadership development and executive coaching to senior executives globally. My industry experience spans financial services and consumer goods, with notable positions at Procter & Gamble, Motorola, Allstate Insurance, and the Center for Creative Leadership. I hold multiple MAs and a BA in Business Administration, along with leadership certificates. I am certified in various psychometric tools and am an active member of international coaching organizations.
