  • How do I sign up my team?

    Once you decide who you want to enroll and what coaching package, everything can be done through the website. You can choose different packages for different people depending on their needs. Payment is simply made with a debit or credit card at checkout.

  • What is coaching and how does it differ from training?

    Training is a format where information is shared with the expectation that employees will put to use the learned information in their job. Coaching is interactive and typically measures progress toward defined goals. Employees receive continuous encouragement, feedback, and guidance as they make progress to their goals.

  • How does a company benefit from investing in resilience coaching for its employees?

    Companies that help their employees build resilience should see higher levels of personal confidence and stamina in working through problems, increased creativity in problem-solving, lower absenteeism, higher work productivity, productive teamwork, and faster on-boarding to name a few. Increased employee resilience can be measured on the bottom line.

  • Is there a minimum number of employees that I can sign up?

    No. You can sign up one or the whole company. You can register your employees on the website so they can receive a welcome box with their unique logon.

  • Does the company know who and the resiliency progress that employees are making?

    No. We adhere to a strict privacy policy to ensure the integrity of the employee’s coaching journey. With a minimum number of paid subscriptions to protect anonymity, we can create company dashboards that shows the percentage of people using the system and progress in building resilience. Employees are always free to share their coaching experiences with their leadership.

  • What type of on-going support do I get from Woosh5?

    As long as you are an active customer with the Woosh5 platform, you will have an assigned sales representative who can help answer questions, help you add or remove employees, bring you the latest offerings, and possibly customize a trek or workshop that fits your organization’s coaching needs.
